Founded in 2023, Oriental Holy Light is a non-profit charitable organization and service institution duly registered with the Hong Kong government. Our fundamental purpose is to advance education for the betterment of Hong Kong society，which is achieved through the publication of printed books and the orchestration of diverse mind-body-spirit activities, all aimed at enriching the awareness and understanding of the community and children concerning matters of the mind and spirit.

Our primary commitment lies in extending support to those grappling with overwhelming life pressures, internal struggles, chronic anxiety, fear, and emotional distress. We also extend our assistance to individuals who have endured significant trauma, feel lost in their journey, and struggle to discern the meaning of life. By offering solace to emotions, nourishing the soul, fostering parent-child relationships, and promoting family harmony, we actively contribute to the healing process of individuals affected by mental health challenges such as depression and autism. Our overarching objective is to aid the recovery of those who find themselves ensnared in the “isolation of the mind.”
